Your skeleton is not only a storehouse for minerals, but deep within your bones is the birthplace of your red and white blood cells, platelets, and stem cells.

You might think of your bone health primarily in terms of aging, but this dynamic tissue plays numerous roles in your overall health.

As you age, your bone density changes, but how much it changes depends on a variety of factors relating to your whole body.

A diagnosis of osteopenia or osteoporosis can be scary.

We're excited to share B.O.N.E.S. with you - a unique whole body system that will support you and your bones as you age - because maintaining strong bones means so much more than just taking calcium.

FAQs

When does the course begin?

The course is self-paced and begins as soon as you enroll! You can start immediately or wait a few weeks, your choice.

Once you enroll you will have access to every module, lesson, and resource and recordings of the past Q&As.

How much time should I expect to schedule for the lessons?

The time will vary but probably ranges from 1 to 2 hours max. Going through the lessons can be done at a leisurely pace and a lot of it can be absorbed while listening and not just staring at the screen.

So schedule your time throughout the month to watch, listen to, or read all the components of a Pillar's lessons and take the short, easy quiz (which isn't graded, btw, it is designed to reinforce your learning and help it stick.)

We'll meet once a month for a yoga tune up and answer your questions live.

When will the live sessions be scheduled?

The live sessions will be once a month (typically a Saturday morning.) They will be recorded and posted in the course if you can't make that time. And you can send your questions ahead of time to be answered during the call.

What if I can't attend one of the live sessions?

We hope you can join us live, but don't worry if you miss a session. They will be recorded for viewing at your convenience. The recordings will be posted in the course within 24 hours after the Live session.

How long will I have access to the course?

You will have access to the course for 1 year. This gives you the time to refine and incorporate how you effectively apply healthier habits into your lifestyle - with support.
